1 búnt ferkst basil
2 msk pistasíur
2 hvítlauksgeirar
2 msk rifin parmesan ostur
1/2 dl olivuolia

Mauka í mixara
Sejtja á fiskinn ásamt tómötum og pistasíum
Grilla fiskinn í sirka 15 min eða þangað til kjarnhitinn er komin í 54 gráður

Lemon pepper

Pesto:
1 bunch fresh basil
2 tbsp pistachios
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 dl olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Puree in a blender
Put on top of the fish together with the tomatoes and pistachios
Grill the fish for about 15 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 54 degrees Celcius
